This is my snake, Tiger. She's a Rosy Boa, and I love love her. Snakes are sort of hard to photograph when they are awake, and Tiger was no exception. She was flipping out because it was relatively cold and the grass was wet. Cutie.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. I hear you on the "snakes being hard to photograph" thing. Mine never want to sit still either.
She was like this: "Agg! I was asleep on the heatpad and then you yank me out and put me in some stupid cold wet plant? Hmm... Your hair looks nice and warm..."
No matter what, she always aims for my hair or neck, and gets tangled up in the mess. Silly snake.
